Very disappointing experience. I drove more than two hours round trip from Murrieta for my scheduled first oil change and tire repair, but neither service was completed. The complimentary full tank of gas promised when I purchased my 2026 Tahoe was also refused. Most concerning, I was pressured to leave five-star reviews on Google and Yelp in exchange for receiving the promised gas. I expected better customer service and professionalism.

Recently had to bring my truck back for leaking axle seals. Once again I sought out Craig Because dealing with him was one of the few time I didn't feel like a service advisor was trying to upsell me on something. He kept it very real with me and more importantly, kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and I really appreciate that. I don't often recommend taking your vehicle to a dealership for service when it's out of warranty but when you find a good advisor, stick with them. Craig Davis is that advisor.

I have not had a good response from the Car Sales. My Service Department has been excellent. I had Steve for 4 years, only to find out he Retired. So now I am with Albert, who has the same goals of service to me as Steve. I am looking forward to working with Albert in the future of having my car serviced. Just a note that you need to take care of Steve’s phone number. I tried for 2 weeks with No connection, his voice mail was full. You should at least put a new message that he is Retired and give a phone number where you can get help. This would prevent your Customers getting Mad.
