Great service people. Great communication. 5 star. However, prices are sky high. $190 for an oil change. I love the service but will be going elsewhere for my next oil change $75. If oil change prices are through the roof, what else is to high?Because the prices are so high, I will Unfortunately be going elsewhere for services, unless it is covered by warranty.

We recently purchased a 2026 Equinox RS from Riverside Chevrolet, Ravell Chew was great to work with, he knew we were coming and what car we wanted so it was ready for us when we arrived. Since we were trading in a Equinox for a newer model, we were familiar with the car, the newer model is a lot more comfortable and roomier that the older model. We love it!

The customer service was great! Most chevy dealership I would pull up to service and no one would greet me. Albert was on point and took care of my vehicle. The only thing, I had hope the mechanic would have replaced my front windshield wipers that I had purchased from them. I didn't realize they were not replaced when they were placed on my dashboard, as I was checking out, so I ended up doing it myself. I did appreciate the carwash vouchers. Thank you!

Absolutely the WORST experience ever buying a vehicle and I buy a new car nearly every 2 years. I worked with this dealership for 2 weeks to negotiate a deal on a suburban. Horrible service. Brian Duncanson was expressly rude and dismissive. Brought the truck in for a noise it was making (has been only 11 months since I bought the truck), on Wednesday, didn’t get the truck back until Saturday just to be told they didn’t hear a noise with no calls in between from Brian. Service writers were very attentive to needs and allowed me to explain what was needed without trying to up sell. Part had to be shipped in , received the call day came in and truck was ready for pick up when expected.

We always bring our cars here. Maria and Tania seem to always be the ones to help us. They are friendly and organized. This time, however, the techs weren't able to get to my car for 3 days. The maintenance was done but the troubles weren't taken care of. I had to pick up my car out of necessity. Will have to bring it back another day. Communication during that time was not good. But I did find out that she was out sick.
The dealership has fast service and everyone on the service team is very helpful and courteous.

First time visiting Riverside Chevrolet's service department for an oil change and regular maintenance. The overall experience was great. Monday morning is a bit busy so I waited for a while before I can get checked in. Craig was very helpful and friendly throughout the time I was there. Would definitely come back again for services.
The service is always great. The new service bundles are way too expensive. I checked my past cost by following the suggested services and the new bundles have gone up so much that it's time to start shopping for better pricing. The service that I received in May for $1000.00 would be $1700 today. I have been a customer for a very long time and don't mind paying a little more for quality service, but it appears that the management needs to review their new pricing and decide if more profit per customer is worth losing the volume of customers. ... Good service for just an oil change. I was able to have my car back in a few hours or so.
Great service. Did a walk in on Friday afternoon and was able to get my truck in, diagnosed and repaired, by Monday afternoon had my truck back. Fantastic service. Definitely will be coming back.

I’ve had nothing but frustration with Riverside Chevrolet’s service department. About 10 months ago, I had to have the entire fuel system replaced in my truck, which took a full month to get back. While I understood that kind of work would take time, the communication was poor from the start. Fast forward to now, and I’m back in for leaking fuel lines—something that shouldn’t have happened after only 10 months.

I originally brought my car in for a door lock issue, but after the maintenance, the passive lock stopped working. When I brought the car back, it was in service for five days without a solution. Craig took the initiative to investigate the problem, then clearly explained and guided me through the vehicle’s settings to enable or disable the passive lock mode. Thank you very much
