Your workers broke hoses on my vehicle and except me to pay for it. I will not pay for them braking it. My vehicle had to be brought back in twice for one job that they could not do correctly. I will take my business elsewhere, and be letting the public know what type of shop your company is..Thanks

Service writer, Craig Davis was awesome when I brought my 2015 truck in for a recent service to Riverside Chevrolet . He was very polite and had a likable personality. After it was serviced, Craig called me right away to let me know everything was completed and truck was ready for pickup. Pleasant experience for not having an appointment that day. Thank you Craig!

Your service department is top notch! After buying a vehicle at another dealership, the A/C stopped working two weeks later. They said they couldn't even look at the car for three weeks. We came to you the same day and met Craig in service, and he got the car in immediately. Craig, along with everyone else there, is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Riverside Chevy is who we will be bringing all of our cars to from now on.
