The wait for my car to get fixed was 2 weeks when the actual work only took 1 day. I was without a vehicle for 2 weeks which was not convenient.

Had an 8 appointment but my car was still in line to be looked at in the afternoon. Was told an appointment is just a drop off time not a guarantee that there is anyone to work on the car.

It was easy to schedule the appointment and drop off the vehicle. The service representative stated that it would take between 60 and 90 minutes and the vehicle was ready to pick-up within 90 minutes. Great service.

Brought my vehicle in for routine service (oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection). After picking up my vehicle & driving it home, I noticed the brakes were going out. I can hear the rotors on the back brakes. I brought my vehicle back in the next morning but was told to drop it off for a 2nd inspection. After reviewing the tech notes on services done the day prior, I was told it was given green lights all the way through.. meaning the multi-point inspection looked good. Under the circumstances (time constraints and a small baby, I was unable to leave the vehicle for an extended time). Driving home, I was notified by multiple passerby that the brakes are loud & clearly need to be changed out soon. I took it home & will be having my brakes & rotor installed elsewhere. The tires were also not rotated as indicated in the tech notes. I have a missing cap on one of the tires and it was clearly not switched. I have been coming to this service center for years and have never been more dissatisfied with a service.

I have to take my vehicle in for a recall that takes 2 days to complete and I am told when I drop it off that there is no shuttle service!! Might want to tell people before they hand over the keys that they have to find a ride home. Free recall and 50 bucks for an Uber!!

My service experience was overall decent- the center felt understaffed and things took a long time to progress. After delivering my car it took 4 days to receive a call back about its diagnosis, when I was told I would hear back in approximately four hours. My attempts to reach my service representative were unsuccessful and I did not receive calls back after leaving messages. Ultimately the work was completed and I appreciated the car wash, but the lack of communication and grossly underestimated service time lead to an overall poor experience.
