Well... When I parked my car in the service line, knowone cam out to help me or ask if I needed help. Once I asked, I was directed to go inside. Where I was again ignored. After 10 minutes or so, I finally was helped. While waiting, I had to watch the staff Simi egnore a Vietnam Vet, how had a complaint. Tech then squeezed past me, wouldn't say excuse me.
