I cannot recommend your dealership any more. I have had my truck serviced there numerous times and the service was always been good to excellent. This time I dropped my truck off on Monday for the airbag recall and a clunk from the engine when I started up from a start (broken motor mount). I had not heard anything about the progress or diagnosis of my truck on the following Friday so I texted, called, chatted, and emailed to try a get an answer on my truck. the only thing that seemed to work was after emailing the GM about the lack of response. The truck was finally repaired and I picked it up on Saturday. I realize many companies are dealing with labor shortages, but the lack of communication or a response is what really troubled me since you had my truck for 5 days, and we need our vehicles.
