First off Craig Davis was excellent. My frustration was with the phone system. No one answers, I left messages and didn’t receive a call back, the phone numbers on business cards were incorrect, the phone number on my personal consumer portal was wrong. I had to go in for an appointment and go back to the dealership to get an update on my truck because of the phone issues. There also didn’t seem to be a good check-in system for customers.
