Confirmed Service Customer
I arrived 20 mins early for my appointment time. 45 mins later and having inched my way up to the front of the line, someone finally came out to ask what kind of service I wanted that day. Just an oil change, Okay, it'll be about an hour and a half, and about a hundred bucks. Two and a half hours later, my car is ready. I'm maintaining my patience and civility through sheer force of will at this point, figuring I'd be colorful in this after-action survey. I guess my service rep, Albert C, picked up on that, and waived my bill for the inconvenience, and that is why I gave this experience high marks.
