When I first bought my car there were a lot of communication issues with what documents were needed and the time frame they were needed in. Because of this I received threatening phone calls from your dealership saying the were going to cancel the sale and take my car back. As soon as I found out that there was a time frame, I provided the documents within 24 hrs. I also purchased an extended coverage with my vehicle and was told I would receive more information on what is covered but still have not received any information. My car did not come with floor mats even though I was told they would come with it. When I took my car in for the first service on a Monday, it was there for over 4 hours and no one contacted me to tell me it was done. I had to call the service center twice to see if my car was done.
