i was very happy at first. I took my Cruz to another dealership and after service was below par.. i booked the online appointment for my oil change, everything went very well, however i needed someone in the service dept to go on a drive with me, (noise coming from the front end).. service dept told me bring it in m-f 8-3, i was able to break free from work this morning and called the gentlemen that assisted me on Saturday, left a message on his cell phone letting him know i could get in right away, after no response i called the service dept and after several rings i was prompted to leave a message, several hours passed and i have not received a call back from either the service rep or anyone else .. this is the reason i left the other dealership, and i am receiving the same treatment with Chevrolet of riverside... very dissatisfied
