Brought my vehicle in for routine service (oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection). After picking up my vehicle & driving it home, I noticed the brakes were going out. I can hear the rotors on the back brakes. I brought my vehicle back in the next morning but was told to drop it off for a 2nd inspection. After reviewing the tech notes on services done the day prior, I was told it was given green lights all the way through.. meaning the multi-point inspection looked good. Under the circumstances (time constraints and a small baby, I was unable to leave the vehicle for an extended time). Driving home, I was notified by multiple passerby that the brakes are loud & clearly need to be changed out soon. I took it home & will be having my brakes & rotor installed elsewhere. The tires were also not rotated as indicated in the tech notes. I have a missing cap on one of the tires and it was clearly not switched. I have been coming to this service center for years and have never been more dissatisfied with a service.
