This experience was far and away better than my last experience. First off, they did a premilinary diagnosis right away. Then Steve told me that they'd have to keep my car to do further analysis. Second, I never had to call them to check on my car. Steve called me each day and gave me an update. I cannot overstate how important this is. This level of communication should be the standard. Third, I like the new system they have where I can look at the paperwork on my car. Lastly, I liked that I could pay my bill online. That process was quick and easy. I gave a 6 out of 10 because I'm still not sure that this is the standard. I need for this to be the pattern, and not the exception. But Steve was great.
