The staff is very friendly and professional. However, they are extremely understaffed. The wait time for a shuttle is more than an hour AND then it takes that long to get dropped off. There is just one cashier who is slammed busy! Worst part is if you need to contact service, one can not between the hours of 7-9 a.m. WHEN IT IS OPEN because no one is available to answer the phone and transfer the call to service. There is no way to reach service. We bought one of our cars here when it was Singh Chevrolet and the service department ran very efficiently and shuttle service was great. Also I could call at 7 a.m. and make an appointment for service while I drove to work. Now that's impossible. I gave it a 10 for recommendation hoping the new ownership will see this and understand the customer service has gone downhill because of their cuts, not because of it's employees.
