Checking in was nice and smooth I explained to the service rep that my toddler was in school for a couple hours and I needed my brakes checked, but hopefully before he was out of school. They quickly assessed my car and let me know they needed to change the breaks. Because they let me know quickly I was able to arrange another person to pick up my son and the dealership drove me home. Everyone there was polite and friendly the breaks were done by early afternoon and I was picked up by the dealership to return to my car. My only complaint is that it seems to take them a while to locate my car after I paid. This has happened a few times and has really been the only downside of their service. I trust them to take care of my car and look out for me as well.
