I came in knowing pretty well what I wanted to purchase. The sales team was nice, but I was surprised by the supposed requirement that I needed to also purchase an AutoBody Guard protection plan (at the cost of $1795). The team also assured me and my son that the purchasing process would take 30 minutes. The process took two hours. After getting home and reading all the contracts closely, I realized that the AutoBody plan was optional so I quickly cancelled it, resulting in me being without the money for 45-60 days. I was also told that I would hear from the EV charging station group in one day. It took 6 days.
