Confirmed Service Customer
Very unsatisfied with the service I received. The technician Daniel Martin and the service coordinator Maria Jimenez were trying to tell me that I use biodiesel in my tahoe when I have only filled it up with diesel #2. They're trying to blame me for something I've never done. The technician also left my fuel filter drain plug out and now I have fuel leaking from the bottom of my tahoe with oil stains all over the undercarriage and my drive way. I'm not happy at all with the service I received here with my 2022 tahoe that I purchased in January of this year from your dealership!
