My service experience was overall decent- the center felt understaffed and things took a long time to progress. After delivering my car it took 4 days to receive a call back about its diagnosis, when I was told I would hear back in approximately four hours. My attempts to reach my service representative were unsuccessful and I did not receive calls back after leaving messages. Ultimately the work was completed and I appreciated the car wash, but the lack of communication and grossly underestimated service time lead to an overall poor experience.
